This week has been a lot better than last week, as we journey together through this new life phase of mine.
I reached out for support from both of my coaches and therapist (ya girl knows how to take care of herself lol!) and started to dig a little deeper into those feelings and thoughts I’ve been having over the last few weeks.
And then I got inspired. I was able to offer and provide Holistic Healing sessions to my community and I got tremendous feedback.
This made me remember why I got into Reiki and how far this magical healing has taken me.
When I found Reiki, I had no idea what it was; and yet I was so curious. So I decided to give it a try and bought a groupon for it. And it was exactly what I needed it to be.
I found the most amazing provider who made me feel welcomed, heard and seen. And I eventually got trained by her to become a master in this practice because I wanted to help others feel that exact same way.
And as I’ve grown in my own practice, what I offer has shifted. At first it was just energy work. And throughout the years, I started sharing the messages I received while working 1:1 with people. I used to not share these messages because I was scared to be wrong, or that I might be “too much” for people.
But what I realized was that I was meant to give those messages. They aren’t for me, they are for my clients. And by hiding my ability I was doing them a disservice.
So I started sharing; and what I have heard from individuals is that I am spot on. And everytime it happens, it just reignites my passion for this healing practice. Which has helped me feel reconnected to what I am doing in my business.
And just to be clear, not every Reiki provider does this. That's why I refer to my sessions as Holistic Healing. Because I'm offering more than just energy work. I'm providing you with information that can change your energy, heal past traumas, and lead you on a true path of healing.
